Since the Roadster was going to be using the factory EFI system, the fuel tank needed to be modified to run a pump capable of supporting the EFI system. I have never had good luck with externally mounted EFI pumps, so an in-tank EFI pump conversion was in order. As you can see in the first photograph, the Roadster's fuel tank is very shallow, so it was difficult to find an in-tank pump which would fit. After an extensive search, the 1998 Acura Integra (a Honda Civic pump from the same era will also work) fuel pump was the perfect solution to my problem. I bought the tank and pump from the Acura, and gutted the catch can (very important!) which the fuel pump sock sits in in the stock tank, as well as the mounting flange. These were both added to the Roadster fuel tank, and all other unused holes were welded shut.

Nov 14th note. This is the end of the material I have to publish at this time. Please return for further updates. Time allowing, Michael may be sending in many more photos and write-ups later on.
