USED RH interior, black scuff plate for 11/73-1978 260Z & 280Z coupes.  Overall, part is in relatively very nice cosmetic condition for a part this old, but note that vinyl material has "lifted" slightly where modest surface rust has formed at edge of metal.  Vinyl condition is good enough to allow gluing lifted edges down with an quality bonding agent correct for both vinyl & metal materials.
